Shipping & Returns
Made to order
Every piece is made after you order it. Mariia models, casts and finishes it by hand in her workshop in Tbilisi, to your size.
Making takes about three weeks. If you order without a size, the three weeks start once your size is confirmed.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Georgia, with tracking. Delivery usually takes about two weeks after the piece is sent. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping is $45, and free on orders of $500 and above.
Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 days of payment. Your payment will be refunded through Stripe. To cancel, write to khasomari@shuwuu.shop.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Each piece is modelled, cast and finished to the size of the person who ordered it, which makes it a piece made to the customer's individual specification. For this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind or size.
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, write to khasomari@shuwuu.shop with photos, and Mariia will reply with the next steps.
Resizing
We do not resize finished rings. Please check your size on our sizing page before ordering, or choose "I don't know my size yet" and Mariia will help you find it after payment.
Lost parcels
A parcel is considered lost if its tracking has not updated for 50 days, or if the carrier confirms the loss. In that case we make your piece again and ship it to you at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds for lost parcels.
