How long does it take to make my piece?

About three weeks. Every piece is made after you order it, by hand, to your size. If you order without a size, the three weeks start once your size is confirmed.

How can I pay?

Payments are handled by Stripe. The payment methods shown at checkout depend on your country and may include card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in US dollars; Stripe may show the amount in your local currency.

Can I pay in instalments?

For pieces from $1,800, you can pay in parts by arrangement with Mariia. Write to khasomari@shuwuu.shop.

How do I find my ring size?

Our sizing page has the size chart (US sizes with EU equivalents) and a simple way to measure at home.

Can I order if I don't know my size?

Yes. Choose "I don't know my size yet" when ordering, and Mariia will help you find your size after payment.

Can my ring be resized later?

No, we do not resize finished rings. Please check your size before ordering, or order without a size and we'll find it together.

How long does delivery take?

About two weeks after your piece ships. We ship worldwide, with tracking, and email you the tracking number once your order is sent.

How much is shipping?

$45, and free on orders of $500 and above.

Will I have to pay import duties?

Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

What if my parcel is lost?

If tracking has not updated for 50 days, or the carrier confirms the loss, we make your piece again and ship it to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 days of payment. Your payment will be refunded through Stripe.

Can I return my piece?

Only in the case of a manufacturing defect. Every piece is made to your size and individual specification, so we cannot accept returns for any other reason. See Shipping & Returns.

What if my piece arrives with a defect?

Write to khasomari@shuwuu.shop with photos, and Mariia will reply with the next steps.

How do I care for my silver?

Silver darkens with time and contact with skin; that is the metal living. A soft cloth brings the shine back. Keep your piece away from water and perfume. Put cuffs on from the side of the wrist and never bend them open.
