This policy explains what personal information Shuwuu, LLC ("we") collects when you visit shuwuu.shop or place an order, and how it is used.
Who we are
Shuwuu, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. This is our registered agent's address; it does not accept parcels or returns.

What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, ring size and the contents of your order.
- When you subscribe to SHUWUU news: your email address.
- When you write to us: whatever you choose to share in your messages.
- When you visit the site: technical cookies needed for the site to work, advertising tags (UTM) and analytics and advertising measurement data (see below).
We do not see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Why we use it
To make and ship your order, to email you about it, to answer your messages, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising. If you choose to subscribe to SHUWUU news, we also use your email address for that subscription and to send you news you have requested.
Who we share it with
We use the following services to run the shop. Each receives only the data it needs for its task:
- Stripe — payment processing. Only Stripe sees your card details.
- Google Firebase — our order database.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — sending emails about your order.
- Google Analytics — website visit statistics.
- Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) — measuring our advertising.
- Trello — our workshop's production board (your name, contact details, address and order).
- Telegram — internal notifications to our team about new orders.
We do not sell your personal information.
Emails
Order emails include confirmation, size, shipping and care of your piece. Confirmation and shipping emails are necessary to fulfil your order. To stop optional order emails, reply "no letters".
Separately, you can choose to subscribe to SHUWUU news. To stop news emails or ask us to remove your subscription, write to khasomari@shuwuu.shop. Subscribing to news is optional and is not required to place an order.
Your rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated or deleted. To do so, write to khasomari@shuwuu.shop.
We process your information to fulfil your order and, in our legitimate interest, to run and improve the shop. Please note that your information is transferred outside Europe, including to the United States, where our service providers are based.
How long we keep it
We keep your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, except where we are required to keep it for accounting and tax purposes.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
